I had a problem re-installing the app when I factory reset my Samsung Galaxy S4, and the support team were helpful, approachable and crystal clear - and yes, they sorted out the problem (which was more to do with Google than with them) pronto. Any and all problems are resolved by the admin team pretty well immediately - inc Sunday afternoons! I cannot speak too highly of this app, their site nor their forums. 1 Free .

If I ever have any issues with this app I just need to send a quick email to the team at pocket GPS world and they always reply within 24 hrs and sometimes sooner. My 3-year-old Garmin unit does all that and much more (including displaying more accurate traffic information) than this useless (in its current form) app. changing speed or direction information. HIGHLY recommended. All rights reserved. There are no apps for when approaching a traffic policeman are there.
